Grand Opening Of Makupa Course-Way By H.E Uhuru Kenyatta

Jubilee Party Leader H.E Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio Party member today held the grand opening of Makupa Course-Way in Mombasa County which was attended by thousands of Azimio supporters and various leaders.

Speaking at the opening, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta called on the people of Mombasa to embrace Azimio candidates to ensure that Azimio Party carries the day in the county in the August 9 General Election.

Hon. Abdi Daib also embraced Mombasa residents to conduct a peaceful election since Kenya will still remain after 9th August.

This is our time and our time is now. We we cannot be left behind at this critical juncture as the Kenyan nation turns this page.

Changamwe Imams declare Hon. Daib as Changamwe MNA 2022

Following weeks of intensive scrutiny and evaluation of Hon. Daib campaign manifesto and leadership personality, the clerics and scholars from different mosques unanimously accepted Hon. Daib as the next MP for Changamwe.

The group, stated that their expectations were in line with Hon. Daib manifesto and his commitment as an honest and accountable leader that is people-centric.

Hon. Daib pledged to encourage and sensitize all voters, as he campaigns, to live a life of sincerity and devotion as a means of creating an enabling environment for peaceful coexistence of people from diverse religions and tribes.

Hon. Daib pledged to put the interest of the community first to ensure Changamwe is on a steady path to rebuild its long lost socioeconomic prosperity.

Changamwe is poised to get new leadership that shall be part of the larger Azimio la Umoja Administration under President-Elect Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga!

Earlier today, Hon. Abdi Daib was endorsed by Azimio la Umoja leaders led by Governor H.E Hassan Joho, Governor-Elect H.E Abdulswamad Sharrif Nassir, Hon. Suleiman Shahbal among others as their preferred Changamwe MP candidate.

Part of the discussions touched on how the Presidency of H.E Raila Odinga shall implement Hon. Daib's transformational socioeconomic manifesto.

Kipevu Ward Door To Door Tour
Hon. Daib today joined residents from Mainland, Kisumu Ndogo and Sisi kwa Sisi in a meet-the-people tour where he got an opportunity to listen to the demands of the residents as he shared his campaign manifesto.

Hon. Daib urged residents to elect leaders with a vision such as Hon. Raila.

The residents pledged to champion Hon. Daib's transformational socioeconomic manifesto so as he may represent their interest in President Raila's Administration.

Hon. Daib shall come to an end of his Meet the People Tour tomorrow where he shall discuss and share his views on how to rebuild Changamwe.

Hon. Abdi Daib has today been declared by the Changamwe residents from Airport Ward as their incoming member of Parliament in the upcoming elections.

During the meet-the-people tour of Calabash, Kwa Sharifu, Brother Hood Soweto, Bomu Catholic, Highbridge, Salim Chai, Mwidani Hall, Tawakal, Omar Madunyo,Koma koma, Kwa Mrefu, Kwa Omar Mzee,and Kwa Jane Oloo Hon. Abdi Daib assured the residents that the challenges of rampant land evictions, poor drainage, poor waste management, school fees management, and business empowerment.

He also seeks to ensure he brings on board persons who share the desire and vision of implementing a transformational socioeconomic urban redevelopment agenda.

During the engagements, residents lamented that they have been forgotten from the socioeconomic plans of Mombasa. They stated that they live in constant fear of looming land grabbing and evictions.

Elected leaders must be at the forefront of advocating the land rights of the marginalised and not quenching their thirst with nepotism and political hooliganism.
