FACTS ABOUT CUCUMBERS

1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.

3. Tired of your bathroom mirror fogging up after a shower? Try rubbing a cucumber slice along the mirror, it will eliminate the fog and provide a soothing, spa-like fragrance.

4. Are grubs and slugs ruining your planting beds? Place a few slices in a small pie tin and your garden will be free of pests all season long. The chemicals in the cucumber react with the aluminum to give off a scent undetectable to humans but drive garden pests crazy and make them flee the area.

5. Looking for a fast and easy way to remove cellulite before going out or to the pool? Try rubbing a slice or two of cucumbers along your problem area for a few minutes, the phytochemicals in the cucumber cause the collagen in your skin to tighten, firming up the outer layer and reducing the visibility of cellulite. Works great on wrinkles too!!!

6. Want to avoid a hangover or terrible headache? Eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed and wake up refreshed and headache free. Cucumbers contain enough sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes to replenish essential nutrients the body lost, keeping everything in equilibrium, avoiding both a hangover and headache!!

8. Have an important meeting or job interview and you realize that you don't have enough time to polish your shoes? Rub a freshly cut cucumber over the shoe, its chemicals will provide a quick and durable shine that not only looks great but also repels water.

9. Out of WD 40 and need to fix a squeaky hinge? Take a cucumber slice and rub it along the problematic hinge, and voila, the squeak is gone!

10. Stressed out and don't have time for massage, facial or visit to the spa? Cut up an entire cucumber and place it in a boiling pot of water, the chemicals and nutrients from the cucumber will react with the boiling water and be released in the steam, creating a soothing, relaxing aroma that has been shown the reduce stress in new mothers and college students during final exams.

11. Just finish a business lunch and realize you don't have gum or mints? Take a slice of cucumber and press it to the roof of your mouth with your tongue for 30 seconds to eliminate bad breath, the phytochemicals will kill the bacteria in your mouth responsible for causing bad breath.

12. Looking for a 'green' way to clean your taps, sinks or stainless steel? Take a slice of cucumber and rub it on the surface you want to clean, not only will it remove years of tarnish and bring back the

shine, but is won't leave streaks and won't harm you fingers or fingernails while you clean.

13. Using a pen and made a mistake? Take the outside of the cucumber and slowly use it to erase the pen writing, also works great on crayons and markers that the kids have used to decorate the walls!!

A kingdom is not a democracy,it is not a religion or a republic.
A kingdom is a governing influence of a king over his territory, imparting it with his will, his purpose and his intent, producing a citizen of people who express his culture and reflect his nature.
A kingdom is affected by the mind of the king not legislation of a group of people,thats why Jesus said thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,a kingdom is imparted by the personal will of the king, the king decides what the kingdom manifest.
A kingdom produces a people that reflects the culture and nature of the king.
God wants his nature to manifest in each of us, the word nature is the same word as glory in the hebrew.
Glory means a full nature of a thing, God wants the earth to be filled with his full nature,The glory of God was put in Adam, image means nature , Adam miss the nature when he rebel.
thats why nature is waiting for the manifest of the sons of God,the plants use to know what Adam was like and they do not know why they cannot see the glory of God,the glory of God was covered by man sins.
People needs to look at as and see how heaven is like just by our lifestyle, our attitude, our culture responds , our disposition, everything.

The Difference Between Managers & Leaders (Dr. Myles Munroe)

“The difference between managers and leaders can be expressed in the saying, “There are four types of people in the world: those who watch things happen, those who let things happen, those who ask what just happened, and those who make things happen.” Leaders are those who make things happen. Managers are in the other groups. Most leaders were managers on their way to leadership. It is often the natural path of progression. However, not all managers become leaders.

The greatest Leader, Jesus Christ, spoke of this difference in responsibility in a thought-provoking parable. He told the story of a manager who failed to fulfill his responsibility and was unable to account for his time and resources. Then, He stated a principle that highlights one of the major conditions one must meet to be able to transition from manager to leader: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.…And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?” (Luke 16:10, 12). A manager is responsible for someone else’s vision and resources. A leader has his own vision (even when it is carried out within, or in conjunction with, someone else’s vision) and uses his resources with integrity in order to accomplish it.

Business consultant, professor, and author Warren Bennis, who is also Founding Chairman of the Leadership Institute at the University of Southern California, recorded the differences he has identified between managers and leaders. Here are a number of them:

The manager administers; the leader innovates.

The manager is a copy; the leader is an original.

The manager maintains; the leader develops.

The manager relies on control; the leader inspires trust.

The manager has a short-range view; the leader has a long-range perspective.

The manager asks how and when; the leader asks what and why.

The manager imitates; the leader originates.

The manager accepts the status quo; the leader challenges it.

The manager does things right; the leader does the right thing.”

THE POTENTIAL PRINCIPLE.

The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom (Matthew
13:38a).
To understand your potential, let us look at one of the most powerful elements in nature…the seed. If I held a seed in my hand and asked you, “What do I have in my hand?”
what would you say?
Perhaps you would answer what seems to be the obvious…a seed.
However, if you understand the nature of a seed, your answer would be fact but not truth.
The truth is I hold a forest in my hand. Why? Because in every seed there is a tree, and in every tree there is fruit or flowers with
seeds in them. And these seeds also have trees that have fruit that have seeds…that have trees that have fruit that have seeds, etc. In
essence, what you see is not all there is. That is potential. Not what is, but what could be.
God created everything with potential, including you. He placed the seed of each thing within itself (see Genesis 1:12), and planted within each person or thing He created the ability to be much more than it is at any one moment. Thus, everything in life has potential.
Nothing in life is instant. People think miracles are instant, but they really are not. They are just a process that has been sped up.
Nothing God created is instant, because God does not operate in the instant. He is a God of the potential principle. Everything begins as
potential.
He did not create a ready-made human race—the earth was not given an instant population. God made one person—not a million people. He started with one seed. Then from that one He created another. Then He said to those seeds, “Bless you (that means, ‘You have My permission’). Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth.”
In Adam, God gave the earth a seed with the potential of one…one hundred…one thousand…one million…. The seven billion people on the earth today were in that one man’s loins. God knew that in Adam and Eve there were enough people to fill the earth.
That’s the way God works. He knows the potential principle because He introduced it. It is Him.
