Updates on our Siaya Project. It's been an eventful month where we got to complete 💯 the superstructure and roofing of our 'simba' . Now we are ready to focus on the finishing stage of this magnificent development.

Updates on our Siaya Project. Day one, we did ground breaking ceremony and setting out the house. Day two, foundation trenches excavation and steel fixing.

Do you prefer a pitched roof or a hidden flat roof ? Did you know that hidden flat roofs can cut your roofing budget by almost half? 🤫🤫

Well, this is because of several reasons,
1. You do not need to use as much timber to do a flat roof. The quantities are less.
2. You can use a cheap type of good quality mabati since it's not visible from outside.
3. The labor cost required is much cheaper since the work is leased without having to deal with steep pitches.

In conclusion, get yourself a good technician/fundi to do your hidden roof. You will save a huge amount of money and at the same time, enjoy the aesthetics of a flat roof.
