💫Is Citric Acid Safe To Put On Your Skin?
Perfectly safe, but just be cautious. DIY skincare recipes for masks, scrubs, even removing self-tanner include citric acid a lot of the time. Not trying to discourage you from giving some at-home recipes a go, but something you have to keep in mind is how potent citric acid is and if you measure out the incorrect amount you can cause some reactions to the skin, such as *itching, burning and redness.*

✅If you are want to see how citric acid can improve the complexion then the best bet would be to try skincare products formulated with the correct concentrations of citric acid that won't cause irritation or other problems.

2.folliculitis- this leads to the spots on the back that occurs due to irritation, infection and blockage of hair follicles.Can occur as rash or bumps in both men and women .Most occur due to shaving using old razors or even waxing that leads to irritation

5.Sitting too much-Folliculitis caused by friction or irritation becomes worse due to sitting pressure

🌸How to deal with it
-Use benzoyl peroxide;use body wash that contains benzoyl peroxide as it removes dead cells and bacteria from the butt
-Unclog your pores with salicylic acid; if you have big boils exfoliating will make it worse instead use products that contains salicylic acid as it gets rid of dead skin,soothes and calms down inflammation. This prevents posterior pores from clogging leading to inflammation
-Hop in the shower after working out or at the end of the day
-Smooth and brighten the skin with AHAs-it is importance to exfoliate the area with products containing salicylic acid , (AHA) or (BHA) to remove oils and dead skin cells so that they don't get trapped in your hair follicles.
-Tea tree;this oil has several properties that help you resist the formation of acne scars on your butt as it disinfects the surface of your skin(see our post on tea tree oil)
-Light weight ingredients; Stay away from anything too thick on the affected area of your skin such as coconut oil,cocoa butter. Occlusive products like this can worsen the buttne.
-Do not squeeze; squeezing increases inflammation and can lead to it becoming worse
- Get a chemical peel;this is treatment for acne ,scars and hyperpigmentation while increasing collagen production
-Have a warm Epsom salt water bath regularly.
