Another one in the books!
Over the last year and half I have completed program after program. Always something new and let me tell you it never gets easier, you get better.
I used to shake my head at workouts from home and thought they were a joke. Until I had a newborn and very little option to leave to go to a gym.
It’ll never be the “right time” or the be the perfect circumstance to begin your journey. And the challenges you face to make the time to do it and the effort it requires will build character and will power you didn’t know you had.
Just start and keep starting again and again. The only way you lose is to give up for good.
I was so unsure of myself..
While there are obvious physical changes between these two photos, what I see most is the lack of confidence in myself on the left.
3 months post partum and I was just starting to attempt my first workouts. I looked exactly how I should after just having a baby but I had never felt more disconnected from myself. Mentally I was struggling to find the old me.
Turns out becoming a mother didn’t make me lose myself, it made me close the door on the old me so that a better version could rise. While it took a lot of hard work mentally and physically, I’ve never been more grateful I chose the hard road.
I promise you that the path you keep avoiding because you know it will be more difficult is the one you have to go down. You have to face the sweat and tears to come out the other side. And I promise it will be worth it.
Take the chance. The worst thing that can happen is you will end up exactly where you are now.

Your friendly reminder that your health affects everyone around you.
Yes even your pets 😋
When you decide that how you take care of yourself matters, you want to do the same for the people\pets you care for.
The first picture is a lot of binge eating (on both of our parts lol) and being inconsistent with my workout routine. It was stress, anxiety, and not taking care of my mental health.
But I decided to take charge of all aspects and while I’m still learning so much I am thankful I took those steps.
The vet told us that Odie was way to heavy and his heart murmur would get much worse without getting it under control. So we took charge for his health too.
Take care of you, so you can take care of them
Great idea for little ones, without the mess of syrup ❤️
Do you ever wonder why your habits don’t stick?
It’s not for a lack of effort or want.
It’s because your strategy has flaws.
For a habit to stick you need to do it over and over again. It has to be the most convenient way to complete the task and it needs to be stacked with a habit you already have or a task you like doing.
If getting the motivation to get up early in the morning to complete your workout isn’t working then simply just start with going to bed early for a week. Don’t even try to get up early yet. Once you get that habit in place, start setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier.slowly increase the wake up time until you reach your “early time” goal. Once there get up and do 10 minutes of physical activity.
I could go on but you get the point.
When we jump in and have these massive goals our brain needs time to adjust and create a system to complete them. You aren’t falling because you are lazy or lack motivation.
You are failing because you haven’t set up a system to succeed.
There is always a way. Let’s talk strategy ladies ✌🏼
Had a fellow coach put this together and loved the idea!
