I help women regain their confidence and unleash their inner badassery
I will never give up ice cream!
I’ve never been the type of girl that did well with fad diets. Because I refuse to not eat the things I want to eat.
Guess what? I still lost weight (over 50 pounds actually) and never gave up a single food I loved.
I would love to teach you how!

Have you ever told yourself you couldn’t eat something because it was “bad” for you?
You probably restricted yourself while you dieted until you eventually gave in to your cravings because you deprived your body. You ate until you felt sick. Felt guilty. And then started the diet cycle all over again.
Sound familiar?
There are no “good” and “bad” foods. There are however, foods that are more nutrient dense than others. Meaning, they have more “value” to offer. They may be higher in protein or fiber making them more satiating. Or they may be loaded with antioxidants making them beneficial to heart and skin health.
Valuable foods: foods that make me feel better. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and rich in antioxidants. 90% or more of my daily foods are valuable.
Sometimes foods: foods I enjoy but know they’re not necessarily valuable to my overall health (hello McDonalds French fries) but I don’t cut these foods completely out of my diet because occasionally I enjoy fitting them into my life and into my belly! 10% or less of my daily foods are sometimes foods.
You and your body deserve more than the never ending diet cycle. The restriction. The hunger. The gaining of all the weight you loss and then some.
I would love to help you find balance in your diet and in your life. There’s still a couple spots left on my roster this month 😘
Sometimes we are our own best motivation 💕

Photo quality is questionable.
But I absolutely love this photo of Squish and I.
I took it in her bedroom during playtime. Which is also story time, lunch time, nap time, work time, snuggle time, music time… you get it.
All things happen simultaneously 🙃 oh the life of a SAHWM.
Some days are really hard. Learning how to balance all the things that we both need.
But I wouldn’t change it for anything.
Nothing in life should be all or nothing. Balance should be present in our routine, our diets, our work life and home life.
Balance is the difference between surviving and thriving.
What are you balancing today? 👇
How many hats do you wear?
I’m not talking baseballs caps, snap backs or sun hats.
How many roles do you carry each day?
Caretaker? Sister? Wife? Daughter? Partner? Mama? Coworker? Friend? Business owner?
I’d be willing to bet if you listed them you didn’t include “your hat.” The hat of just being. The hat that is YOU. The one you put on when you need to care for yourself before everyone else.
Our society has become so comfortable with the idea that as women it’s normal that we take care of everyone around us before ourselves. Our “me” hat often gets neglected and it may quickly lead to burnout, resentment, stress, anxiety and actual physical deterioration.
YOU👏 MATTER 👏 JUST 👏 AS 👏 MUCH👏
The truth is we are the best versions of all of our other hats when we regularly practice wearing our own. It’s like when you’re on an airplane and they’re giving the safety demonstration and they tell you to put on your own mask before helping others.
How do we get better? How do we normalize self care and serving ourselves before others?
Maybe it’s the 5 extra minutes in the shower while your husband tends to the screaming children AWAY FROM THE DOOR 🤦♀️
Maybe it’s a nice lunch out by yourself with a big ole Sangria.
Maybe it’s as small as an iced coffee or as big as quitting a job that doesn’t serve you.
Maybe it’s finally putting your physical and mental health first and prioritizing your own wellness journey. And if you aren’t sure how to do that, well hey 👋 that’s what I’m here for!
What hats are you wearing today? And how are you going prioritize your own? 👇
Let me reintroduce myself.
My Gram has shifted focus just as my life has over the last few years.
2018 was hard. 2019 was a fairytale. 2020 was, well 2020. 😒
2021 shifted my entire identity as I became a Mama to my little Squish.
And here I am, ready to shift again. The last few years have taught me a lot about myself. I found strength when it did the seem possible,I pushed forward when I didn’t think I could.
My transformation was not only mental and spiritual but also physical. I had gained 50+ pounds. 😳 One day I looked in the mirror after avoiding it for so long and decided something needed to change.
So I joined a gym. I lost the weight. I ditched all the things that didn’t serve me anymore and changed my life.
In the process my love for movement and fitness had been restored. I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and was determined to help other people change their lives too.
Then 2020 happened and gyms closed. I was blessed with my pregnancy and life shifted again as we all tried to navigate the pandemic.
The last 6 months I’ve lived in our newborn bubble and struggled hard with PPA as I tried to figure out mamahood.
Once again, everything shifted. I became inspired by fitness and started contemplating working as a personal trainer. But, as I applied for positions I couldn’t bring myself to go to any of the interviews.
And so Unleased Fitness was born.
I have channeled all of my creativity, organizational skills, coaching abilities and knowledge and experience into my 1:1 online coaching business.
Today, that project goes live as I officially open up my roster for new clients.
If your health and fitness has been on the back burner over the last year and you’re looking for a sign for things to change, this is it. Right here, right now. Take the leap and put yourself first. I promise, you won’t regret it ❤️
