Because I was so insecure.

I didn’t know who I was or who I truly wanted to be. I basically lived day by day going with the flow with no goal or dream.

I’ve always focused my energy on being a hard worker than once i became a mum my priorities changed.

I didn’t want to go back to work but i had to. That’s when i had the urge to work from home & be my own boss.

It took me 2yrs to pursue. But here we are growing something beautiful, personally & professionally.

I don’t care if it takes a 2 months or 2yrs to succeed. Because what I know is that the journey is more rewarding than the outcome!

Grateful everyday for this opportunity! Watching myself grow more each day into the confident, mentor, boss mumma.

Always dreamt of being with a cowboy

Living in the country, raising my kids to live a simple life.

Little did I know I met him when I was 21.

5 years & 2 kids later we met again.

6 months later he gave me my dream of living in the country & made a home for our lil family.

2 years later we added an extra lil man + a new home to the mix.

My cowboy took me away & my life has been so sweet & full of love ever since ❤️

Why i don’t post things with my kids.

Well firstly it’s not just my decision to make. I have 2 exs to deal with.

One being my ex who we share custody of my daughter. He doesn’t want her on my page & honestly you should of heard the explosion when i first started 😳

I don’t share my step son out of respect of his mum. She doesn’t know what i do, but i’m sure she wouldn’t want her son on the internet without her permission.

Honestly I don’t really want my kids on here anyway. They don’t really need to be. I try to share as much as I can but unfortunately I am limited.

7 weeks postpartum & feeling more confident each day So grateful to continue my hair, skin & personal growth journey.

Never would i have imagined I would be this confident, especially online for the whole world to see.

I am a quiet, shy person. Never really had the confidence, always insecure & negative about my image.

But since having two babies & one of them being quite traumatic physically & mentally I realise how strong I truly am.

My business has helped me find trueSelf & purpose in life. It has saved me from postpartum depression & gives me the sense of freedom.

I am a workaholic, i love to be busy, i can’t sit still & need something to keep me driven through life.

I am forever grateful to have found Monat, have a beautiful family, an amazing partner & conquer motherhood.

We all have our difficulties, insecurities & challenges. But if you start focusing on what you already have & the positives in your life, I promise you, you will find so much happiness & freedom ❤️

Feeling more love than I have ever felt before 💙

My life feels fulfilled! Our family feels complete & my sense of purpose in life is back.

During my pregnancy i felt lost. Not working & staying at home was hard for me. Since i share custody of my daughter, when she wasn’t here i felt so unfulfilled & unmotivated.

I’m grateful to have my online business, but even that wasn’t enough to keep me satisfied. I love being a mum. I love being busy, taking care of the kids & the house. It’s my pride & joy.

Don’t get me wrong, i have bad days where I just want to rip my hair out. But honestly i wouldn’t change it for the world. My reward is better than making money. My job gives me a whole lot of love & laughter.

What makes it even more special is that i know this “job” doesn’t last forever. So i’m making every smile, tantrum, cuddles, arguments count because one day I will miss the chaos ✨

When I was 15 I went to my first music festival. It is one of my highlighted moments of my life & I love when this memory comes up!

Music is my entire life. It fills me up with joy & the feeling of true freedom.

I could sing as loud as I wanted, dance my ass off & be wholeheartedly me without any judgement because no one gave a s**t.

Yes i know most people were drunk or probably on drugs but the atmosphere is like no other! Being surrounded by people who are truly there for a good time & loud, beautiful music is a feeling you can’t even describe!

The Big Day Out is by far the best festival I ever went to & fortunately got to go there 3 times before it got cancelled.

I am so grateful that I got to experience all the iconic aus music festivals. The songs that remind me of those times truly hit home & bring me more joy 🎶

Christmas has been quite different this year. Living far away from our families makes it quite difficult, but also an advantage as we get a nice lil break in between visits & chaos 😅

Being pregnant during this time has taken a toll. The extra sweat + being sober for family dramas isn’t quite fun. But a great excuse to sloth in the aircon or pool 👌

Our holiday celebrations are not over! We will be heading to the beach for a week with family to keep the party going! So get ready for some beach spam & whale watching!

20 weeks update

How am i half way already? I feel like this pregnancy is going way faster than my first which is making me nest like an absolute crazy person right now 🤪

I can feel bubs kicks & movement more frequently & defined. I forgot how amazing & precious feeling those movements really are ✨

I’m loving this pregnancy, but my mum anxiety has increased alot! Every little thing I do i think of the worst possible outcome which i’ve had since my first daughter but this is another whole new level.

But i’ve realised much of it has to do with my own fears & trauma i need to release & let go of.

It’s crazy how motherhood can heal you on a whole other level.

Bub on the other hand is healthy & a karate kid. My partner & i did find out the gender, BUT you guys will have to wait as we have chosen to do a gender reveal with just us & the kids to video for our family & ofcourse you beautiful people!

Monday Motivation

Easier said than done, but what i learnt in this crazy world of affiliate marketing is that you cannot put pressure on your business or yourself.

Creating pressure = tension

tension = no success

So how do we relieve this pressure?

Deep breaths, meditation or even create a space for your work where you can be fully present & relaxed.

If your like me & have no extra room + kids I find waking up before anyone else to ground myself makes a difference in my work & mood throughout my day.

At the end of the day it’s all about trial & error. What works for you & your daily routine.

I’m bringing back Monday Motivation because I think it’s time for us to start getting serious & kick some goals!

It’s time for both of us to be accountable & take action to what we desire in life.

SO this week we are getting back to basics & starting with gratitudes.

How is gratitudes motivating? well for me personally when I write down 10 gratitudes in the morning ( you can do it at night) it really makes me appreciate what I have now but also motivates me to keep chasing my dreams.

It reminds me how far I have come, what I have achieved & how much growth I have to come.

I find that we are so focused on our day to day life we forget that we once dreamed about the life we have now. Hence why I feel gratitudes reminds us how grateful we should be.

So get your pen & paper out, write down 10 things you are grateful for & why everyday this week & see how it makes you feel throughout your day 🌸

I used to do 10c surveys.

You read that right. Before i found affiliate marketing, i was doing 30min surveys for 10c each 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was that desperate & determined to do anything to help out financially & be at home with the kids.

I knew the sh**t surveys weren’t realistic income, but it made me feel like i was doing something to contribute in some way.

But i knew there had to be some other way, like seriously it’s 2023! Teenagers are getting rich online, so how can i?

The universe heard & brought me affiliate marketing. Little did i know i would embark on a personal journey before I made any money.

But I guess i didn’t realise what it actually took mentally to become an entrepreneur.

Some may get discomfort from the thought they might not have the mindset for success in the affiliate world. But let me tell you if i can do this, you sure can.

I was an insecure, quiet, kept to myself kind of gal. Yes i still am in some ways, but I have grown more in the past 10 months than i ever have in my whole (nearly) 27yrs of being on this earth.

I now have the knowledge to teach other woman/ mums to create an income online, be at home with the kids but also have a career & most importantly open up the mindset of a successful entrepreneur.

We all have it in us, we just need to first believe & have the determination to keep going 🌸
