This was edgy for me!

Out of my comfort zone

Faced with old belief systems

Confronting voice in my head that I now hear differently!

This brought up so many lays of insecurity that I thought would not rear its head again.

Moments before the gorgeous Sally walked in and managed to calm me down. I was about 10 years old!

Yep, thrown back there
That little girl who was bullied at school for being bigger, having big hair, having big lips, and wearing glasses.

Seems I was the perfect combination of different and became the target...
I remember being told
"You can play with us tomorrow if.."

•I let them throw bark in my hair
•went to sick bay to pretend I was sick and go home
•buy them all ice cream from the tuck shop
•hold the skipping rope but never skip
•listen to them call me ugly and not allowed to cry

The list goes on, and "tomorrow" never came

I remember the big bully had told everyone not to pass on my birthday invite to the parents, so no one came to my party apart from 1 friend and my cousins.

I have too many of these stories to share here in one post!

Now here I am here, 41, and a professional photographer is taking photos of me.

I have done SO much work on myself.
Worked with professionals and changed the direction of my life a nber of times.

But this!

This is a first, and I am 100% here for it.

The personal growth and confidence I have gained since saying YES to the ticket to FREEDOM!

We all have our stories. Heck, I could write a book (which I have already started 😉)
It's how we pivot and show up that counts.

What you say matters!!

I had the absolute pleasure of having a delicious lunch with one of my long-standing friends last weekend, we shared some of our past and present life experiences.
We connected (like we always do) real, authentic, honest chat.

Life isn't always sunshine and happiness.
Sometimes, it's f&* hard and tough.
We spoke about our choice of words & the impact our words have on us consciously and subconsciously

Our words are so powerful,
The words we say to ourselves
The words we say to others
They all matter.

I shared of a time (not so long ago) where someone told me I would be remembered as "a bitch" when I leave this earth.
Regardless of how this person delivered these words or how it was meant to come out, or what they "actually" meant, this person words mattered!
They had an impact on my emotions. lucky for me, I have reached a space in my life where I now know what people think of me is none of my business.

Maybe to some, I will be remembered that way, but to those that really know me, I know I'll be remembered in a much nicer light.

I share this because I believe it is so incredibly important to be reminded that we need to walk this life with our eyes wide open and have awareness in how we behave and communicate.

I am committed to teaching my girls that the opinions of others should have no bearing on us as individuals
However, their feelings are valid and will always be.

My legacy will be more than 'she was a nice person or not'
It will be:
* she did everything in her power to be healthy, wealthy, and free
* she treated people the way she wanted to be treated
* she learnt from her mistakes (even if that meant repeating them a few times until she got the lesson)
* she stopped focusing on what others thought and focused on building a life that mattered and aligned with her own values
* she worked continuously on creating generation wealth so that her girls would always be supported, long after she was gone
* she did everything she said she would and more ✨️

What is a kinesiologists?

My incredible teacher and mentor amoung many things introduced me to the Merkaba and I'll forever be grateful 🙏

Mer means Light, Ka means Spirit, Ba means Body

The word Merkaba comes from a Hebrew word which means "chariot", meaning "light, body, spirit" from an ancient Egyptian translation. Essentially meaning a way of connecting with light, body, and spirit through the means of this 'vehicle' or symbol.

It is a powerful sacred geometry symbol. It is the core geometric form in many sacred graphs, such as the Far East Mandalas and Yantras. In these traditions, the merkaba represents source examining itself – what it is and is not – the polarities that exist to hold energy in place. It is often used as the symbol for creation itself.
Merkaba functions on all planes: “as above, so below.”

The Merkaba contains crystalline geometries.
Crystalline structures of light, formed within Merkaba, are a shape code that is said to allow you to move between dimensions and to communicate with civilizations of light.

Just like crystals which structures are based on sacred geometry and the crystal systems.The merkaba is comprised of 2 intersecting tetrahedrons - one pointing upwards channeling energy from the heavens, the other pointing downwards, drawing up energy from the earth - that spin in opposite direction, creating a powerful, high energy 3D energy field/vortex.
