Together with the CEC Department of Transport and Infructure Mombasa County Dan Manyala and Mkomani Ward Administrator Mr. Sammy Achienga we visited Mkomani Dispensary and other flood prone areas with a bid to prepare for the upcoming Elnino..
I am dedicated to ensure that Mkomani is safe during the period.

Yesterday I was privileged to attend a friendly match between Mkomani Ward and Kongowea ward in preparation for the upcoming SPEAKER'S CUP.
I have promised to Carter for every step and movement for our team to ensure that they are fit for every game.
Today, Friday we'll be having another friendly with Freretown Ward at Freretown grounds.
Let's come out and support our boys.
They can do it 💪💪

MKOMANI STREETLIGHTING.

As per my promises to Mkomani residents and manifesto, solving security problems through enhancing the streetlights in each and every part of our villages was key.

Today I began the security lights repairs and maintenance in Mnazi Mmoja and Mkomani Kipasho areas.
This is a noble exercise that is going to run across all the villages in Mkomani ward so as to have businesses take place easily.
I want to Thank our residents for the patience and support 🙏

BURSARY CHEQUE ISSUANCE

Today together with Mkomani Ward Administrator Mr. Sammy Achienga,I presided over the Issuance of Bursary Cheques at our Mkomani Ward offices.
This creates a new opportunity to help our children get back and concentrate on their education.
The Exercise shall continue until Friday this week and I hereby encourage our parents who applied to come over and collect the Cheques.

The Shauriyako-Nyali Hills Cabro access road final procession.

Thank you our great Women and Youths of Mkomani for coming out and taking part in this important development in our Ward.
The access road is 90% done and shall be fully functional from next week.

Our Shauriyako-Nyali Hills access Cabro road is taking shape,in just few weeks the road shall be complete with a good drainage system.
Upgrading our infrastructure is key for our economy purposes.

Fathers have always been the Pillar of our families, they always have to ensure that order, peace and stability is maintained within our homes.
On this special day,I want to wish our fathers from the boarders of Mkomani a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY.

On this great Day of Madaraka Day, and as per my manifesto to better the lives of our Mkomani people,I hereby dedicate this Shauriyako Cabro access road to Mkomani people.
The access road shall decongest and ease movement towards Nyali Hills Primary through to Maweni and Beach road.
It shall also be accompanied with a well structured drainage which will help our villagers from floods.
This access road has also offered job opportunities to our Youths temporarily.

Yesterday I accompanied our able Mombasa Women Representative Hon. Zamzam MohammedHon. Zamzam Mohammed Zamzam Mohammed in the meet the people tour of Kongowea market and enlightened them more on the upcoming Finance Bill 2023.
As a member of County assembly,i addressed the problems facing our traders moreso matters licensing by the County Government.

A new dawn as we begun the fixing of our security lights across our wards.
Yesterday my Team carried out the exercise in Kisumu Ndogo, Shauriyako and Mkomani Showground areas.
I am going to slowly ensure that each and every corner of Mkomani Ward is lightened and security enhanced.

Amid the heavy ongoing rainfall in the region, Today I visited the residents of Mkomani Showground area to hear their plea.
Their major concern is the poor roads conditions in the area and floodings due to poor drainage systems.

As the area MCA and also member of the roads and transport committee, I promise to persue this and solve the problem once through the legal parliamentary procedures.

Yesterday I was at Shauriyako area with the Engineers at a site visit.My Aim is to bring a quality and durable development in the area.

Thus we agreed with the residents to give way for a 6Meter width Cabro access road towards Nyali Hills Primary School.
This will also be accompanied by well established vertical drainage system that will solve the long time floods during rainy seasons.
This project will ease the movement from Shauriyako - Maweni to Beach Road.

Yesterday together with the Mkomani Youth Council Members we visited our Health facility in a mission of fact finding.
We inspected the facility and it's surrounding and came across alot of challenges that needs to be fixed as early as possible.
The absence of medicines,luck of equipment in the laboratory,poor surrounding hygiene,poor drainage,The GBV center that is not well structured and secured amongst other many challenges.
As the area MCA, I have promised to take this as a priority to better the status of the facility.

Today I was Privileged to host the leadership of Mkomani Youth Council which is one of the strongest and focused Youth forums we have in Mkomani Ward.

Our major focus was the Mkomani dispensary which has for a long time been facing alot of challenges hindering it's service delivery.

As their MCA, I have promised to take this an a Major priority in my duty to see our Women and children access better health care services.

Yesterday I inspected together with engineers the Mnazi Mmoja cabro access road that is set to begin in the course of next week

This will be a major milestone to our people as this will decongest the movement to and from our households.

The access road will also be accompanied by a well structured drainage system that has been a major problem faced by our residents each and every time we approach rainy seasons.

Throughout it's construction,we have also agreed with the contractor to give our Youths opportunities to participate and earn their daily income.

I together with other Members of County Assembly of Mombasa in company of the Speaker Hon. Aharub Khatri have been undergoing training in committee work in Nairobi,conducted by Centre for Parliamentary Studies (CPST) which culminated in the mock vetting exercise ahead of preparations for the approval hearing as well as to learn from the experts in the field and build the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

This will enhance proper legislation and it's independence in carrying out it's duties under the administration of His Excellency the Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir.

It's another good day for Mkomani as we welcome our sister and Now Waziri under the administration of Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir.
As your MCA, and the entire Mkomani fraternity we want to table our congratulatory remarks to Waziri Emilly Achieng and offer to fully support her to see that she achieves her goals for Mkomani and Mombasa County at large.

I was delighted to attend the launching ceremony organized by Future Pillars Organization whose main theme was " LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM"

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

The Youth Leaders recognized that youthhood is the stage in life that determines not only the future of the individual but the entire nation. Indeed, a prosperous nation is the nation that Educates, Equips, Emboldens, Empowers, Elevates and Engages its youth. Kenya must therefore turn away from the current culture of manipulating, using and killing its youths.

Youths also formed a council(Mkomani Youth Council) that will see them seek job opportunities and other goodies that will benefit mkomani ward
I also urged them to enhance reconciliation and togetherness among our youths.
