Here I share with you a sneak peak of my workout routine.

Throughout my journey, I've been able my to set my goals and focus on myself. I've learn, or lets say have given more importance to work my whole self(mind, body and spirit), because that is what makes the difference and help you achieve the perfect balance in life.

I'm pushing myself beyond my limits every day!

You want to know why?

Because, I've never taught I would be capable of doing what I'm doing, but I decided to move forward and just do it! I decided to prove myself wrong, and here I am, making it happen!! And, you know what? You can do it too! You can have your own transformation!!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds 🧡

My favorite season is fall, and one of the things I love the most is to make some fall recipes. So this year after I carved my pumpkin, I decided to roast the seeds and give them some flavor. I decided to used 3 different flavors : cinammon &sugar, olive oil & adobo and olive oil,cayene pepper& garlic. I did flavored them in 3 different batches and here I share how I did it! I hope y'all enjoy and Happy Fall 🧡

Challenge of the week: " The Mermaid"

El reto de ésta semana consiste en levantar tus piernas juntas y estiradas, manteniendo tu abdomen contraído, realizandobun momvimiento como si tus piernas fueran una cola de sirena. Realiza el mismo por 45 segundos en cada lado.

Si necesitas modificar, puedes dejar la pierna de arriba levantada, mientras subes y bajas la pierna de abajo por 45 segundos en cada lado.
