At the end of the training we were all awarded certificates of attendance and life skills manual, to guide us as we commence training children on life skills.
We engaged in story telling, skits and also mock sessions on how we'll be engaging with children.
Organizations present included; kiota Kijijini, Nyalenda Young Turks, SOS, AGAPE, Blue Cross among others.
Last week kiota Kijijini CBO participated in a Life Skills Facilitators training at Blue Cross kisumu in Kiboswa..

We were in collaboration with the Kisumu Kisumu Feminist Society, Kasera, represented the society, telling the women their role. She also trained and encouraged the women to have kitchen gardens in their homes , just in order to have healthy meals.
On Saturday 26th September we had a great time with the Women from Konya, our founder Suba Hada introduced Kiota Kijijini to the women, and explained to them how we'll be working with them in the society.
