Deck repair. Fixed the railings, a few deck boards, and then the center stringer dry rotted causing a safety issue. We cut a new one and then replaced all the tread boards.

We fixed the railing posts that were wobbly in the centers of each railing. We also fixed some top boards, and some deck boards. Also fixed the lattice underneath and added a new piece.

Some repointing we did over the past couple days on two houses. The previous person who did restoration had put caulk in the brick along the rowlocks and also some other areas so it all needed to be repointed.

Some concrete jobs we have done over the course of a week. Get with HKonstruction for any construction work you need done.

Little patch work done today. All though it’s only a temporary patch we still want it to look good.

Temporary patches still can last a long time if they are done correctly. On to the next one.

We are looking to get people on the schedule for inside work. Drywall, painting, handyman, flooring, tile. Winter is coming and we want to satisfy everyone all year around.

Chimney repointing. The chimney cap was still in good condition and only the top half of the chimney needed to be fixed!

We do chimney work but only if the roof is safe to be on.

Out with the old & in with the new. Transformed this entire family room!

Also did some other projects around the house as well.

Smaller job from over the weekend.

Step sunk overtime and separated from the house.

The owners wanted 8 inch step up into the house.

Also did some patch work and patched the driveway where there was a gap.

( used bagged concrete so had to wait to strip it )

A pour from over the weekend. Trash can pad for a customer.

Something a little different then we do usually. It was previously put in but, was swaying because it was not in the ground deep enough and was only put into the dirt.

Flagpole required 2 feet of depth and 4-6 times the diameter of the sleeve wide. Concreted poured around it.

On to the next one!

Quick board repair on a deck. Home owners are going to be repainting the deck. Just needed a few replaced for now.

New sidewalk put in. So glad the rain held off and moved out so we can get this done !!

Pressure treated wood and waterproofed ledger board.

Space on the sides for some storage, beautiful addition for grilling and lounging with the nice weather approaching!

We officially added epoxy concrete to our services. This is a small epoxy job.

Painted the railings with a glossy black finish.

Epoxied the steps and used a rough texture and flakes for grip when it rains and snows.

We can do small jobs like these and even garage floors as well.

NEW RAILING added to the concrete steps and sidewalk we did.

Covered the railing with a tarp since rain is coming and going to wait until the pressure treated wood is dried out, before coating it with a waterproof sealer.

We don’t tend to work on Sundays but when a job needs to get done, it’s got to get done.

New sidewalk and steps put in!

What a good day for a demo day. Just beat the rain before it started to come down too hard.

Owner is putting in a paver border. There was a drain pipe running all the way down through the existing concrete.

Quick and easy, scrap wood the owners had already, and the pipes were tightened that’s why there is alittle leakage on the new wood. There was a leak before and the wood underneath was not replaced properly.

Another paint job done!

- Patched drywall that needed to be fixed from holes in the wall.

-Painted the ceiling and walls all one color.

-The trim and closet door were painted with the same color but a semi gloss.
