RE: CANCELLATION OF THE JAMBOREE FESTIVAL 2023-KENYA'S 60TH ANNIVERSARY
It is with deep regret that we inform the Kenya Reggae Fraternity and general public at large of the cancellation of the JAMBOREE FESTIVAL 2023 concerts that were scheduled to take place from 08th to 17th December 2023 in various counties.
Please accept our deep and most sincere apologies for the cancellation of the upcoming concerts. Unforeseen circumstances have arisen that make it impossible for us to proceed with the event as initially planned.
We acknowledge and understand both the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, and we deeply regret any frustration it may bring to our loyal fans and supporters. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and that we exhausted all possible options to avoid this unfortunate outcome.
We take it upon ourselves and give the assurance that those who have purchased tickets will be accommodated appropriately by way of full refunds.
We understand the excitement and anticipation that surround live events, and we share in the disappointment caused by this cancellation. Our team is committed to learning from this experience and taking steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies and appreciate your ongoing support. We will keep you updated on any developments regarding the rescheduled concert and associated arrangements.
