Dr. Jane Njoroge is a trainer and lecturer. She is deeply committed to her work and to the individuals that she trains, helping them create fulfilling lives and careers. Dr. Jane has been working successful as a lecturer in various institutions of higher learning in Kenya for the last 7 years. She has a wealth of experience in mentoring and motivating students and has initiated several mentorship programs. Jane holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business (Strategic Management), Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management, Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Business Studies all from Kenyatta University. She also holds several certificates from NPI-SHAP Peer Education Training and HIV/AIDS Trainer of Trainers Hope and Care Association. Managing Partner
Nancy Mwaniki is a consultant and trainer. She is passionate about people living on purpose and with purpose in whatever stage they may be in their life. Nancy worked successfully as a lecturer in various institutions of higher learning in Rwanda for 10 years. She has also been lecturing in a private university in Kenya. She has vast experience in mentoring and motivating students and has acted as a change agent for the introduction and implementation of mentorship programs. She was YPARD (Young Professional for Agricultural Development) mentor 12 months Mentorship Pilot Program June 2015 to June 2016. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing all from Dr. Ambedkar Marathwada University, India. She also holds several certificates in Training of Trainers (TOT) from Kenya School of Government and HIV /Aids Counseling from Amani Counseling Institute, Nairobi, Kenya. Vision and Values

Our Training Approach
The Maximum Efficiency provides accredited training, one week, three days, one day workshops and conferences designed specifically for the institutional leaders, staff, volunteers, pupils, parents, students and board/committee members. Training participants receive official recognition of their participation, plus ongoing access to a range of resources to aid their continual learning.
