Sabi ni Jack Ma, Number 1 richest man in Asia and Number 18 richest man in the world๐Ÿ‘Œ

If you are at least 35 years old and you are still financially broke meaning no savings... You deserve it.

You want to know why there are a lot of poor people? It's because when they see opportunities, they spend their time doubting it.

Most poor people don't want to try new career or new business opportunities because they think of what would other people say if they go for this opportunity. Poor people live their life with fear. Successful people are courageous and brave and love taking calculated risks.

If you're an aspiring entrepreneur, this is a reminder for you,,

TAKE THE RISK OR LOSE THE CHANCE.

Knowing the possible streams of income is the more realistic approach to reach our financial goals. ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ต๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ถ

It is true that saving money is good but that alone wonโ€™t give you the best solution to attain your 5 or 6-figure goals. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Understanding these two types of income may help you realize that there are other things that you can do to achieve that financial independence that you've been dreaming of. ๐Ÿค”

The idea of not spending might make you feel that you're starving yourself to the things you like and want in life. ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™€๏ธ

Being not happy and not contented with what you have sometimes leads to feelings of inadequacy and self-loathing when it seems like everybody else's life is more fun and exciting than yours. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

๐Ÿ’ณ If using credit card is inevitable for you since it offers convenience, rewards and protections, make sure to use them responsibly and avoid overspending.

๐Ÿ“Œ Monitor your card activity regularly.
๐Ÿ“Œ Do not make cash advances if possible.

Banks, loan sharks and lending companies interest rates are high, making your purchases more expensive. ๐Ÿ’Ž

For example, if you buy something for โ‚ฑ4000 with a 3.5% interest rate per month, that's additional โ‚ฑ140 on top of your credit. What more if the interest is at 15%? ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
And do not forget the charges for late payment, over the limit and if you pay only the minimum amount every month. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ…ฃ๐Ÿ…˜๐Ÿ…Ÿ: If you donโ€™t have the money to pay cash for something in the first place, then you probably donโ€™t want to make it more expensive by adding interest to the price.

YAYA NOON, FINANCIAL ADVISOR NA NGAYON
DATI. HINDI NA NGAYON. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Our life was a lot better when we were kids. Mall, Uniwide grocery every weekend, gala, sine at kain lang buhay namin no'n magkakapatid. May yaya din kami kasi busy palagi non sina Nanay at Tatay. Our Tatay that time was a Vice-President of a big bag company and Nanay had food business that got bankrupt when my sister got hospitalized and had to take maintenance to cure her.

In 1997, our father died. I was on my first year in high school. Our financial struggles worsened.

When I finished high school, I needed to stop for 2 years to give way to our eldest so she can finish college.

Those were the years when I worked as a saleslady for a year kina Kuya Ed and Ate Rose (HELLO NGA PO PALA SA INYO ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธNAPAKABAIT AT NEVER NILA KO NA TINRATO NA IBA) and when their liquor/ukay-ukay store closed, they got me for their house as a maid for another year. The funny thing back then was I don't even know how to do the laundry. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Ang baho ng damit kahat may fabric conditioner. ๐Ÿคฃ).

It's respectable, yes! It's dignified, sobra!
But as a teen that time, iba ang tumatakbo sa isip ko.

I NEVER DREAMT OF IT.
AYOKO YUN.
HINDI YUN ANG GUSTO KONG MANGYARI SA BUHAY KO. ๐Ÿ˜ข

WE REACHED THE POINT THAT WE HAD NOTHING TO EAT.

I WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE.
SO I STAYED.

After 2 years working with them, I told myself I had to do something to continue my studies.

I looked for scholarships where I can submit an application or had to find someone who will finance my studies.

Mama Alice was the answer, she supported me. Thanks to my friend Ella for introducing me to her. Two semesters had passed and Mama Alice can't support me anymore. At ayun nga, naigapang namin ang pagkokolehiyo ko at nakatapos ako, nakapagtrabaho as call center agent, got promoted as Quality Analyst, nagsideline as real estate agent, nung magkapera nag-aral maging professional makeu-up artist and when I finally realized that I'm getting financially stable, I applied and passed the licensed to be a Financial Consultant under Insurance Commission.

Sabi ko noon sa sarili ko na wala pa kong karapatan na mag-advise sa ibang tao about money matters or financial goals dahil ako mismo hirap sa bagay na yun.

PERO IBA NA NGAYON. ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ (parang ang yabang ko dito ๐Ÿ˜‚)

For more than 3 years being an FA, I'm now more confident kasi marami na rin akong na-accomplish at patuloy na ina-accomplish.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ

Ang sarap sa pakiramdam whenever I talk to them about their dreams and how I can help them to achieve it.

Very noble. Very fulfilling!!

HANGGANG NGAYON, WHENEVER I HAVE EXTRA MONEY I MAKE SURE TO INVEST IN A NEW SKILL OR KNOWLEDGE.

So tara? Let's learn and grow together!

Love,
Cza ๐Ÿ’‹
