Centum Investment Plc held its 54th Annual General Meeting today, virtually. The Board of Directors recommended the payment of a first and final dividend of Kes 0.33 per share, totaling Kes 219 million. Centum Investment's dividend policy is to pay the higher of 30% of annuity cash income and prior year pay-out.
