Omakase, meaning “I’ll leave it up to you” in Japanese, is born from the complicity of two friends: Denis, a western and Japanese trained chef with over 20 years of experience, and Camille, a talented architect, interior designer, artist and curator. Hidden at the back of a Colonial-style house in the heart of Phnom Penh, their kitchen is imbued with a distinctive warmth that makes this house a great place for people to get together.​ ​

254omakase closed it’s doors a few weeks ago. We are now very proud to introduce .51, with 14 seats, and a very well equipped kitchen, SHATŌ51 takes the concept of 254Omakase further. We’ve added to the team a beverage specialist, Nikolai Fujimoto, expert in cocktail crafting, Nikolai joined us from Chicago where he honed his craft at some of the most prestigious Michelin star restaurants. Come join us to this new adventure!

Last night was our last dinner at 254Omakase. It’s was an amazing adventure. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us, almost all of our guests came back multiple times, we were stocked ! Follow our new adventure, opening now in about 5 weeks, .51 in bkk1.
