This is an interesting project for DEMEP to take on , a lovely yoga villa with a beautiful but work intensive pagoda style roof , can't wait until it's finished .

Canal 90 pump station in Takeo province, operates four 28 Kw S type Grundfos pumps. The impellers were showing abnormal degradation. Demep organised casting and machining of four new stainless-steel impellers. These were fitted last week, and the pumps put back into service

Small renovation job in between M&E projects, Replacing badly installed leaking patio roof with new polycarbonate roof. Removing bath to make shower, clean area ready for skim coat and water proofing before tiles are laid

Programmed Maintenance team at one of 17 pump stations DEMEP maintains. Pump had tripped, lifted pump found rice sack jammed in impellor, removed sack, and checked oil to see if ingress of water. Water in oil requires stripping motor and replacing mechanical seals. Oil was good. Pump returned to service
