Still not sure what to call this one but we came up with two name 3 Bean pie or Legume casserole. It's made with a combination of Red Peas, Pink Peas and Black Peas. This was also on the Christmas Menu for our CEO Jem

Nope it wasn't a cake the birthday celebrants requested a Lasagna. Almost had the HBD down pack before popping it in the oven.....but it's the thought that counts🎉🎊
