T'anna Liburd bettered her previous PB in the 200m and 400m respectively, capturing both Regional Titles at the NJCAA Region 1 Championship hosted by Mesa Community College.

She ran 2️⃣4️⃣.0️⃣6️⃣ in the 200m bettering her PR of 24.34s set in the prelims on Tuesday 30 April. Liburd also ran a PB in the 400m, 5️⃣4️⃣.3️⃣3️⃣.

Liburd will be competing at the National Championship which is slated for May 14-16 at the Brown stadium, University Louisiana.

Great news for T'Anna Liburd out of Nevis. Our athletes have what it takes to reach very far. Let's continue to invest the time and effort needed.
