After experiencing record rainfall in 2012, the Korean government issued guidelines to install permeable blocks in residential facilities, surrounding roads, and parks. As a result, the permeable block has become a key product in the Korean block industry.

To produce qualified permeable block, a producer must use minimum cement, mix well different sizes of aggregates, and press it hard to put all of them together and make them as one dense product. For this reason, 99% of permeable block producers in Korea are using Steel pallets.

Forests, a major source of life,

This time, We visited "Busan Cement" and interviewed about the ! Let's read it together.

1. What kind of pallet have you used?
We have used the Wooden pallet, the PVC pallet and we have been using the AlphaBoard for 7 years.

2. What kind of blocks do you make using the AlphaBoard?
The main products are the interlocking, the curb stone and the revetment block.

3. What do you feel is an advantage of using alpha?
The best advantage is the quality of the product is constant regardless of the season. And one more advantage is that there are no surface dents that occur when using other pallets.

4. How much did productivity improve after changing to the AlphaBoard?
The noticeable change is the productivity of the curb stone, which has improved by almost 20 to 30 percent. In the case of other pallets, there were many product damages due to bending, but now there are no defects due to bending. The vibration time has also decreased a little.

5. To whom do you want to recommend the AlphaBoard?
