Beginning December 16, 2022, PAL will offer direct flights between Cebu and Baguio City.

This new route will allow hassle-free travel to the City of Pines from the Queen City of the South, and vice versa, in just two hours.

From December 16, PAL's Cebu-Baguio-Cebu flights will operate four times weekly with convenient morning departures, as follows:

· PR 2230 Cebu-Baguio - every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- departing Mactan Cebu at 08:50 AM, arriving at Baguio Loakan Airport at 10:50 AM
· PR 2231 Baguio-Cebu - every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- departing at Baguio at 11:10 AM, arriving in Cebu at 01:00 PM

NEW TAIWAN TRANSIT REQUIREMENTS

To our dear passengers,

Central Epidemic Command Center of Taiwan states that transit passengers will be exempted from providing RT-PCR tests effective JULY 14, 2022.

Kindly take note of the following conditions for transit passengers:

1.) RT-PCR Test Result: Passengers transiting in Taiwan (starting July 14, 2022) are EXEMPTED from providing RT-PCR test reports.

2.) Transit time should NOT exceed 12 hours.

Transfer/transit must be within the same day. (Next-day transfer is not allowed).

3.) Transferring between airlines is allowed.

However, both flight segments for transferring in Taiwan must be under the same itinerary and same ticket number.

(Baggage must be tagged through final destination)

4.) Transfer from/to Mainland China shall remain suspended in the current phase.

5.) For entry requirements of your final destination, please ensure that you are eligible or not before making the reservations.

6.) Wear a mask throughout the entire journey, including in-flight, departure or transit/transfer, and cooperate to do the health protocols.

Flights to Kalibo (KLO) for the month of June 2022 😉

Two airline companies have been given a green light to conduct flights from Incheon, South Korea to Kalibo International Airport (KIA) in Aklan beginning this month.

T’way Airlines is scheduled to arrive at KIA on June 17 while Air Seoul Airlines is set to have its first flight bound for Kalibo on June 22.

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the public that starting 0001H of 08 May 2021, Philippine Standard Time, the following testing and quarantine protocols for all arriving international passengers to the Philippines shall be implemented:

1. The mandatory quarantine period will be for 14 days;

2. International arrivals shall be required to undergo a facility or hotel quarantine for ten (10) days upon arrival;

3. COVID-19 testing will now be on Day 7 instead of Day 6, with Day 1 being the date of arrival/check-in;

4. International arrivals may continue their quarantine at home or in their hotels (as the case may be) from Day 11 up to Day 14, provided they get a negative RT-PCR test result.
