Discover the design concept by Bowe for the Linkaters branch in KAFD, Saudi Arabia, inspired by the country’s rich natural landscapes and cultural heritage. This visionary, sustainable workspace is intended to enhance social interactions and learning. The concept features serene cove lighting and elegant furniture set against gracefully curved walls, all in a palette of earthy tones that mirror the surrounding environment.

Every aspect of the proposed design for Linkaters reflects a blend of sophistication and sustainability. Lush greenery complements spaces adorned with metro glossy tiles and floors with a concrete look. A bespoke “piece of art” reception counter embodies the theme, while materials like wood textures and burgundy carpets add depth and warmth. The design includes a semi-exposed ceiling and curved glass enclosures that broaden the workspace’s horizons. Additionally, a sound-proof, isolated glass room offers a quiet retreat for private calls, ensuring functionality marries beautifully with aesthetic appeal in this modern workspace concept.

An award-winning project - Wara Hospital hosts a state-of-the-art medical facility clinic - located in Sabah Al Salem, Kuwait. Spread over 14 floors covering 5,600 square meters and overlooking a breath-taking view on the Arabian Gulf Sea. The clinics include an inpatient pharmacy, a dental clinic, a physiotherapy clinic, an orthopedic clinic and more.

The design philosophy was to create a wellness/hospitality sense to the place. Applying natural colors and finishes to create a comfortable, simple and luxury environment for the patients visiting the clinic.

This was maintained by creating interiors with natural wood geometrical shapes on the flooring with a reflection of linear wooden panels on the ceiling that blends with pure white masses; and applying shades of brown to the furniture to give warmth and adequate harmony sense to the place. To give the space a touch of ambience, cove lights were implemented to highlight pieces such as the counter and part of the walls.

Located in the heart of the vibrant and up a shopping district of Salmiya, the Marina Safir Hotel is in near vicinity to the Marina Mall and Marina Crescent. This renovation project includes 91 rooms in addition to a Royal suite, an Amiri suite and 5 Executive suites, guests are offered a range of luxurious services and amenities to meet their every need. To create a luxurious yet homelike environment, small design elements were put into consideration which created a big impact on the overall design. Elements like velvet fabric, brass finish, and warm colors are used to meet with the current trend and create the intended atmosphere. Marina Hotel Kuwait

Wara Hospital’s Pediatric Dental Clinic was designed with the patients’ comfort as a priority. To reduce the children’s fear of visiting the dentist, the clinic was designed to mimic a kid’s store. The themes in the clinic rooms were split into two categories; the boys’ clinics include the outer space, the pirates and the jungle theme, while the girls’ clinics include the candy shop, and the friend’s house theme.
