darātmā is a space to explore your inner Truth.

All our teachers, are heart centered, teaching from a space of love, passion, and dedication. We offer Yoga classes, Yoga Therapy, Art Therapy, Reiki, Meditation, Healing, and Private Sessions. We also facilitate workshops, and host acclaimed teachers from around the world. We organize Yoga Teacher Trainings with accredited 200 hours & 300 hours RYS.

A somber and reflective new year.
2023 has been turbulent, violent, explosive.
Or we can say it’s been transformational and eye-opening.

All we can pray for is Peace. All we can wish for is Peace. And all that we can do is find peace within us, and it can be mirrored outside of us.

May we all find peace in our spirits, health in our bodies, and joy in our hearts.

اللهم نطلب لأميرنا و أبونا حضرة صاحب السمو الأمير الشيخ نواف الرحمة،
اللَّهمَّ اغفِرْ له وارحَمْه واعفُ عنه وأكرِمْ منزلَه وأوسِعْ مُدخَلَه واغسِلْه بالماءِ والثَّلجِ والبَردِ ونقِّه مِن الخطايا كما يُنقَّى الثوبُ الأبيضُ مِن الدَّنسِ وأدخِلْه الجنَّةَ وأعِذْه مِن النَّارِ ومِن عذابِ القبرِ 🤲🏻

داراتما تقفل أبوابها ٣ ايام إبتداءً من يوم الأحد ١٧ ديسمبر.
نستقبلكم باذن الله يوم الاربعاء ٢١ ديسمبر.

With heavy hearts we mourn the death of HRH our Emir and Father Shk Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

May he rest in peace, and we pray for his family and loved ones in this difficult time.

Daratma closes its doors for 3 days starting Sunday December 17th and will reopen on Wednesday the 21st of December.
