As we conclude , staff enjoyed an engaging Lunch & Learn session focusing on stress and anxiety in the workplace.
We were privileged to have Denise Ledi of Infinite Mindcare lead the session, where she shared insightful strategies and practical tips to help manage stress and anxiety, both in and out of the office. Her expertise provided our team with valuable tools to foster a healthier and more balanced work-life environment.
As part of our commitment to supporting mental health, we want to highlight the importance of physical activity for mental well-being. Research by the Mental Health Foundation reveals that over a third of UK adults struggle to find time for exercise. Remember, moving our bodies is important for our mental health too.
