Recipe⬇️
-Baby Calamari
-Fetta cheese
-Onion
-Parsley
-A pinch of white pepper and black pepper i personally didn’t add any salt since the fetta cheese is already salty so salt is optional.
- Mix all together—> Stuff your calamari and close the open edge using a toothpick (so the cheese won’t end up going to waste)—> place your calamri in a pre-oiled pan so it won’t stick—> oven time till it’s well cooked and bon appétit!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and HOT
1 tablespoon cooking oil, (olive oil or coconut oil are fine)
1 1/8 cup superfine sugar, (caster sugar or white granulated sugar)*
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose (or plain) flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
-Preheat oven to (175°C).
-Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil spray. -Line with parchment paper (or baking paper) then set aside.
-Combine hot melted butter, oil and sugar together in a medium-sized bowl.
-Whisk well for about a minute. Add the eggs and vanilla; beat until lighter in colour (another minute).
-Add in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until JUST combined (do NOT over beat as doing so well affect the texture of your brownies).
-Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top out evenly.
(OPTIONAL: Top with chocolate chunks or chocolate chips.)
-Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the centre of the brownies in the pan no longer jiggles and is just set to the touch (the brownies will keep baking in the hot pan out of the oven). If testing with a toothpick, the toothpick should come out dirty for fudge-textured brownies.
Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before slicing into 16 brownies.
(Here i got 12 pieces)
OPTIONAL ADD INS:
Crushed walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pecans, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks, dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc)

-Close this side of the bun with the beef patty or chicken depending on what you love most after melting your mozzarella and cheddar cheese on it before of course.
-Now on the other side of the bun there’s fries, ketchup, mustard,fried onions and a super delicious sunny side up egg (i prefer a runny yolk😋)
-Now put them together et Bon Appétit!

The Brazilian Stroganoff💃🏻
A recipe we’ve been cooking at home since forever!
-Grandma’s Recipe⬇️
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
3 Tablespoons of flour
1 small onion finely diced
2 Tablespoons of Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Soy
2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
1 Small Heavy cream container
2 cans of Mushroom
Water
Salt + White pepper to taste
For the Rice:
(For 2 cups of Rice)
3 Gloves of garlic finely diced
1/4 cup of Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Teaspoons of salt
Use American rice
To sprinkle:
Potatoes (depending on how much you want to prepare)
-Stroganoff Instructions:
1-Cut the chicken breasts into squares and start cooking it, meanwhile you should sprinkle the flour on the chicken so it will stay in its perfect shape
2-Grill the onion in pan apart then you mix the grilled chicken with the onion
3- Add water to cover the chicken and the onion mix
4-Now you add the mustard, ketchup, soy, salt and white pepper
5- After half an hour or when the chicken is well cooked to add the mushrooms
6-After 10 minutes you can add the heavy cream
*Keep it until the texture of the sauce is creamy and heavy then set aside.
-Rice instructions:
In a casserole mix all ingredients together with water and put on medium to high heat.
-Potatoes instructions:
The most important part of preparing the potatoes is after peeling and cutting them into small tiny pieces you should keep on washing the potatoes until the water is crystal clear.

The “Piña colada dip”, Tried this recipe a long time ago, it had no name and i totally forgot what some of the ingredients were...So i decided to create my own, the name was inspired from its main ingredient which is🍍and it ended up being so yummy😋
Dive your nachos right inside this delicious salsa sauce!
Read and tried a lot of good recipes and none is even close to this one with my secret touch in it😋
Homemade omelette with a twist, you can have it for breakfast, dinner or as a simple appetizer😋
Omlette recipe:
12 eggs( or depending on the size of the omlette you want to make)
1 small onion finely diced
2 tablespoon of semak
1 tablespoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1/2 tsp of black pepper
-Mix all ingredients together and in a pan use olive oil before frying ur omelette.
Filling recipe:
1/4 kg of labne mixed with fried pine nuts crashed into small peices (or fried almonds)
-Spread the filling on the omlette and roll it then cut it into small pieces.

•White Sauce Topping Recipe:
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves pressed or finely grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
(Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and continue whisking for 1-2 minutes (do not let it brown).
2. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until smooth, thickened, and bubbly.
3. Whisk in 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, and pressed garlic.-
4. Add parmesan cheese and whisk another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and continue whisking just until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth then set aside to cool before using for pizza. Do not boil after adding cheese or sauce may curdle. Once cooled, cover and refrigerate up to 5 days)
This is hands down the best and my favorite crispy pizza dough 🍕
•Dough Recipe:
1 1/4 cups warm water 105-110˚F
1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp honey
1/2 Tbsp fine sea salt
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (measured correctly) plus more to dust*

3 1/2 cup of crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves pressed or finely grated
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
