If you don't have time in the morning to prepare a healthy breakfast try this quick and easy recipe of grab and go overnight oats
1- Mix all the ingredients together in a 16 ounce jar
2- Put in the fridge overnight
3- Optional: add you favorite topping (fresh fruits, nuts, dried fruits...) in the morning
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking oats cause they tend to get mushy)
-1/2 cup of skimmed milk
-1/4 cup of 0% fat yogurt (for creaminess)
-1 Tbsp of chia seeds
-1 Tbsp of maple syrop or honey
