From the moment Rawad visited my clinic, I promised him & myself that I would do everything I can to get him where he wants to be.

Blood test results were a mess. So, I really wanted to take actions towards his health.

I wanted to make a great impact on his life in general.
I wanted him to believe that a healthy life is a happy life.
& This journey is going to be a beautiful ride.

At first he didn’t believe that he can actually eat such portions! Then, he started to enjoy it, knowing that there will be no restrictions whatsoever.

He started to balance his food choices and follow the concept of having everything in moderation.

Most importantly, during this journey, we built an amazing relationship!

This is the number that will help you achieve a healthy lifestyle 👆🏻

This is the number that will shift your mindset to a healthier one 🥗 🍔

I always tell my clients to follow the 80/20
rule ✔️

There’s no need to wake up everyday and being strict about the idea that you won’t allow yourself to have a piece of chocolate or an ice-cream even if you felt like it. 🍦 🍫

What matters the most is that you literally have 80% of your day set for healthy food choices! 🍚 🍝 🥗 🍎 🫘

& Trust me, whatever happens in the other 20%, IT IS GOING TO BE OKAY!

Never have I ever took a vacation or been completely disconnected from work!

This time I did my best 🙋🏻‍♀️

I’m not going to lie and say that I haven’t checked my email from time to time or answered few messages on whatsapp 📧

But this time it was really different 🙌🏻

I took this time off for myself.
To process everything I went through.
To let out every feeling I suppressed in order to complete the tasks I had, and to understand what a work-life balance really means!

The happy part is that I did enjoy my time and I did miss my job a lot!!

I did miss connecting with people, listening to their stories, & doing the best I can to always give them hope again, draw a smile on their faces, and let them know that a weight loss journey is a HAPPY JOURNEY! 😃

& Here are my little advice to you:

- Go on a vacation 🌴
- Surround yourself with happy people 👯‍♀️
- Get out of your routine 💯
- Enjoy the little things 🎉
- Get some vitamin Sea 🌊
- Wear your smile 😊

I pray for people I love to make them live longer even If they died, I’m sure they are living in peace more than here.

I pray for the people who hurt me cause I know that my cries to God would make them witness what they did to me.

Exactly 4 months ago, I decided to leave ✈️

To leave everything I already worked so hard on & achieved 👩🏻‍🏫

To leave my family, which I never imagined living a day away from them 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

To leave my friends, my very best friends, with whom I kept stealing every moment & spend it with them👭👫

To leave a country I always dreamt investing in 🇱🇧

To leave a home, where I used to feel safe and secured 🏡

But few thoughts kept me going:

I have a dream & a goal to achieve
I will always make it
I will always be up for the challenges
I will always welcome the obstacles with arms wide open
I will always look for the positive in every situation
I will always allow myself to feel every feeling and go through everything and rise again
I will always be ready for new opportunities

& Last but not least, I’m a woman, I can do it 😊

The journey isn’t easy, but everything is always possible.

Here’s to every woman who decided to take a new path, a new journey, and face it all by herself 🍀

When was the last time you did something for the first time? 🤔

Yes, I’ve been on a rollercoaster before (my life is a good one anyways 😜) but this is the fastest indoor rollercoaster🎢 and it was quite nice 🤩

It’s always a good idea to boost your adrenaline level and challenge yourself with some kind of activities, every now and then!

One thing I learned down the road is that a healthy lifestyle is never a linear line 🙋🏻‍♀️

It has its ups and downs too, just like everything else in this life 🎢

As much as I try to stay healthy with my food choices 🥗 🥑 & being active in my day to day life 🏋🏼‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️, I sometimes too, just let it flow💆🏻‍♀️

And I believe that, when I lay down and pause a little bit, it’s because my body really needs it.

You’re never OUT of this game, you’re just recharging and you’ll always bounce back again 💥

Let’s talk science 🧪

Doing a cleanse doesn’t “Clean the pipes”
And it doesn’t make your liver work any better or faster.

At best, you might lose a few kgs on a cleanse, because you aren’t eating much.
At worst, you could go into starvation mode.
You could throw off your electrolyte balance, not to mention disrupt your intestinal flora and bowel function.

Clearly, having a healthy liver is extremely important.

But here are the best things you can do:
1- DON’T SMOKe 🚭
2- Eat a balanced diet 🥗
3- Exercise regularly 🏋️‍♀️
4- Get lots of sleep 💤
5- DON’T consume too much alcohol 🍺:
It can cause a variety of problems over the time, from fatty liver disease, to cirrhosis of the liver, to liver cancer.

The best self-care is just learning more about our body and taking care of it the way it deserves 🙋🏻‍♀️
