On June 8, 2024, the B4 family welcomed back Ch. Mira Sinno and Ch. On February 9 and 10, the elders had a beneficial training to strengthen their leadership, scouts, and communication skills.📝 The elders learned about making smart decisions, how to fill sejellet el afrad, receiving feedbacks, time management, stress management, inequality, طباءع الكشاف, leadership responsibility, swot analysis, how to prepare a patrol camp, organising the binder, caracterestics of evaluatin and finally motivation!
