There are foods that we consider healthy, but in fact they are the complete opposite. For example, Commercial Peanut Butter. 🥜

The natural peanut butter is made of roasted and ground peanuts with a little salt or honey on top. It is healthy and contains healthy fats, a good amount of protein and is satiating… but unfortunately most of the types in the market have sugar as the main ingredient in addition to cornstarch, hydrogenated oils and some pistachios... and this is not healthy!

Always read the contents, make sure of the ingredients (it should be peanuts only, and maybe some salt, honey or molasses) and enjoy being healthy!✨

Milk that is not from an animal source should not be called milk. It is white in color and may look like milk, but it is not really milk.
The calories in milk from vegetable sources are similar to the calories in low-fat cow's milk and it is an excellent alternative for people who are Lactose intolerant or IBS. However it is expensive and not available for everyone, and this is one of its problems.

Ever wonder how caffeine affects your heart health?☕️

It largely depends on how much is consumed, the source of caffeine and the intake frequency.
Around 100 milligrams of caffeine are found in one serving of coffee on average. If you consume a lot of coffee, try to always keep your daily intake under 400 mg, as high intake has negative effects on heart health.

1-3 cups of coffee per day, considered light to moderate intake of coffee was independently associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular mortality and incident stroke (your cup of coffee should be without cream and added sugar).
