40ml Arak
40 ml Water
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup (1 part water / 1 part sugar)
5 Baby rockets leaves
3 pcs Blackberry
METHOD
Put all ingredients in a blender with 2 or 3 ice cubes.
Stain into a chilled glass with one or two ice cubes.
Don’t forget to garnish with blackberry.

Sumac Chickpeas Salad 🥗
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
500g of chickpeas (drained & rinced)
2 medium red onions (thinly sliced)
3 to 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp sumac
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsps olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt,cumin and pepper to taste
METHOD
In a large bowl, place together the onions, sumac, paprika, cumin,pepper and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients over the onions: chickpeas.
Then add the seasoning: olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.

INGREDIENTS
250 grams butter (room temperature)
250 grams powdered sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
650 grams flour (sifted)
milk (splash)
1 tsp. orange blossom water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together, form the dough into a ball, cover, and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the ball out into 1/2 centimeter thickness and cut out shapes with cookie cutter.
Lay each cookie on the baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes until golden.
Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
