Vegeterian gourd with Impossible Meat (plant based ).
The scientific name, Cucurbitaceae, is for the gourd family of flowering plants, like cucumber pumpkin, zucchini, melon, squash, and gourd. All these vegetables are derived from gourd family or cucurbitas.
They provide numerous health benefits.
Mainly made up of water, they hydrate with a small amount of carbohydrates and protein. They are a great source of nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants. They also provide folate . The folate supports red blood cell functions.
Gourds are also rich in vitamin K which is fabulous for skin health. Also rich in vitamin C (it supports the immune system of the human body), vitamin A, B6, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium.

These vegetables are a blessed food since they are mentioned in the Bible and the Qur'an with the prophet Jonah or Younous in Arabic .
In the Bible
Jonah 2:10 " then the Lord spoke to the fish and it spewed Jonah out upon the dry land."
Jonah :16-17 then the men feared the Lord even more, and they offered a sacrifice to the Lord and made vows. But the Lord provide a large fish to swallow up Jonah; and Jonah was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights.
2:10 then the Lord spoke to the fish and it spewed Jonah out upon the dry land.
Jonah 4:6 "the Lord God appointed a bush and made it come up over Jonah , to give shade over his head , to save him from his discomfort, so Jonah was very happy about the bush." (The bush meant gourd ).
On the other hand
in the Quraan
37: 139 " Jonah was one of the messengers. He ran away to a loaded ship," 140 " but they cast lots , and he lost, 141 (so they threw him into the sea) and a great fish swallowed him for he was blameworthy.
143 "And he would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected." 144 "but we cast him ill on an open shore" 145 "and we made a gourd vine to grow over him."
This blessed gourd is the same as the bush that shadded over the head of Jonah in the Bible.
