What do us sea lovers dream of? What draws us to the sea every day, and every night even when we are far away from the sea? It is not about one thing, it is a mix of everything there is down there, from the creatures we meet; the stories they tell—the colors, the patterns, the behaviors that make each dive feel like stepping into another world. We dive to connect, to observe, to be part of something bigger. To learn, to understand, where they go, how they hunt, what they feed on... and every time we rise back to the surface, we’re left dreaming of the next descent into the blue, to discover more, to connect further. That's what the spell of the sea and the oceans do to us.. wondering forever if we will be able to decode that next mystery..

We constantly dream of being underwater, weightless and free.. For us every dive is a journey into the unknown—a chance to encounter the incredible and the unexpected.

Take the diamondback squid in the photo for example—a true astonishing creature on all levels, from its iridescent body that reflects the ocean’s colors, to its dancing movements through the water. With fins like wings, complex yet very simple tentacles and eyes that hold secrets of the deep. There are countless marine species, each encounter feels like discovering a hidden gem of the sea.

👨‍🏫 From our webinar that was organized on Tuesday, titled "Adaptation to Environmental Conditions while Freediving / Spearfishing", exclusively for our affiliated members. We discussed the process of mind 🧠, body 🤸‍♂️, nutrition 🥑🥦🥬 and regular practice and training🏋 in adapting to the different weather and sea conditions and how to overcome sea and motion sickness, get gradually adapted to different conditions such as cold and hot weather, wind, waves, currents ...etc 🤿🌊💪

Our members enjoyed the dives and and had their first comfortable calm dives to 10 meters depth on one breath of air while and enjoyed more comfortable 5-8m dives working on fine tuning their skills👌👏

6 hours theory lessons and 2 days of pool practice / theory of freediving, techniques for every pool discipline, periodization for the competition, nutrition, importance of basic, strength and specific training, training on site, fine tuning, strategy for the dive, competition mindset, focus and control, training theory.

Lidija is a multiple world and Europe champion,
5 times world record holder, freediving instructor, judge (CMAS/AIDA) , team captain for the Croatian national team, coaching and teaching freedivers from all over the world.
