Children deprived of food in an attempt to be thin become preoccupied with food , afraid they won't get enough to eat , and are prone to overeat when they get the chance ...
I choose life. I choose to eat . For i yearn for something more

I rarely share my personal life but ... †simply is
.. it's the same thing when it comes to food â
Our relationship to food is but a reflection to our relationship to ourselves as is everything in our lives đđ
-Omega 3 fatty fish like wild caught salmon
- fermented foods like apple cider vinegar, kimchi, sauerkraut
- activated and soaked nuts and seeds ( not berries typo đ) to get rid of phytic acid and make them more bioavailable for digestion and absorption since phytic acid  impairs the body's absorption of iron, zinc, and calcium. It may contribute to mineral deficiencies over time.
... and remember beauty starts in the head not in the mirror

HOW TO STOP FEELING FOOD GUILTÂ
Itâs important to note that overcoming food guilt is a journey and it will take time. But itâs absolutely possible to accomplish!
You can get started by following these few steps to begin removing guilt and calling it out when it happens. Over time, youâll get to a place of ease and peace with your food choices.
1. Bring Awareness to When and Why Youâre Experiencing Food Guilt
This first step is all about bringing awareness to the situation. There are usually two common causes of guilt as a result of eating certain foods.Â
You may have made a mindless choice and didnât realize it until after the factÂ
First, feelings of guilt can happen if you make a food choice thatâs not in alignment with what you truly want or need. This usually happens when external factors influence our food choices without us even realizing it. Emotions such as stress or boredom, our environment, or eating while distracted are some common factors.Â
You may also experience this if you make an in-the-moment decision that you didnât truly want to make. This type of guilt tends to have less to do with the food itself, but more to do with you taking or not taking a specific action.
You may have food rulesÂ
The second cause of food guilt we see is feeling guilty after eating foods that are internally labeled âbadâ or âoff-limitsâ. This can happen even when you consciously choose to eat something because you truly enjoy it. The sense of shame creeps in any way because weâve trained ourselves to think of some foods as ârightâ and others as âwrong.â Â
Compassionately reflect to inflict change
In either case, you can use a reflective journal to bring awareness to whatâs causing your food guilt and when youâre experiencing it.
With a reflective journal, the focus isnât on calories or listing âgoodâ and âbadâ foods. Instead, the focus is on uncovering more about what you felt before, during, and after eating. That way you can notice where and when those feelings of guilt arise.
These insights about yourself can really help you learn how to best support yourself.
When your focus is solely on feeling guilty, you never get the chance to engage in this self-discovery.
Do not let your mind bully your body đ

Food Corporations Hire Scientists To Make Foods More Addictive
Get this⊠the majority of corporations that create processed foods, hire scientists specifically to make the food more addictive to boost sales.
That's right.
How do they do it?
2 ways:
1) They find the perfect combination of salt, sugar and fat that your brain goes wild for
2) They use sugars like high-fructose-corn-syrup and heart-disease-causing fats that your tongue and brain literally can't resist.
Here's a quote:
" 2009 book The End of Overeating (a New York Times bestseller) highlights for the consumer the amount of fat, salt and sugar in their food intake.
this trio of elements in restaurant and processed foods conditions us to eat more in a manner that changes our brain circuitry and that children may develop a pattern of overeating and obesity that they might retain for life.
this outcome of lifelong obesity is not genetic but environmental and avoidable."
So now, just by eating some food, they've got us automatically contracting lifestyle diseases, and getting a bunch of other crappy symptoms like brain fog, irritability, lethargy etc.
It's a whole can of no good
the raw, natural foods
It's the cleanest, most optimum diet one can eat. Period.
It's what keeps us feeling alive, feeling good, and ready to contribute to the world around us.
