Instructions:

Squeeze the lemons and ginger. To squeeze the ginger, add pieces of ginger to a juicer or blender and separate the pulp from the juice with gauze.

Using Essentials Oils Safely around Pets

Here are a few tips for diffusing essential oils around your pet:
Use only three to four drops of an essential oil in a water-based diffuser. Pure essential oils are incredibly potent, so just a few drops can fill a whole room with their aromas.
Position the diffuser in a place where your pet can’t knock it over.
When diffusing, leave a door to whatever room the diffuser is in open so your pet can come and go as desired.

You may be wondering why you should use essential oils when cooking in the kitchen. Well, the main reasons are practical application and taste.

Ingredients

1 kg chicken thigh (with skin and bones)
1 drop of rosemary essential oil
2 drops of lemon essential oil
32g Butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation of lemon rosemary chicken
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees or maybe your Air Fryer will do the trick 🥰😍
Preheat a large cast iron pan on the stove over medium to high heat.
Add the butter and essential oils to the cast iron pan.
Once the butter is hot enough to create a hiss, add the chicken thighs. Fry on one side until browned, and then turn over.
Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
