One of the most important tools to recovery after a session. I must admit I’m very bad at this but I could feel my hamstrings were really tight today so I stretched it out and definitely feel the difference now.

Try this exercise out people. I only just started doing these recently and my core is already thanking me for sure. You need to work on your balance while moving the band and engaging the core while also working on your coordination! Complete package exercise. Love them
