Blissful 2024 🕉️
Precisely two years ago on Dec 21st 2021 Yoga Siromani Titus Wijeratne wanted me do his Yoga class at Buddhist Center. Which was my first ever step of teaching Yoga.
I am so glad & grateful I have conducted 76 sessions at Buddhist cultural center and total of 164 yoga teaching sessions for the last 2 years.

*There are three types of food: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic*

*Eat fresh seasonal food....
* Be a vegetarian....
*Avoid chemicals and stimulants....
* Eat at regular intervals and leave space between meals...
*Make lunch the biggest meal of the day....
*Eat especially cooked food for dinner....
* Emphasis on medicinal herbs and spices.
