The incline bench rear lateral raise is a strength training exercise that targets the posterior deltoids (rear shoulder muscles). It is performed by lying on an incline bench and raising a weight to the side while keeping the elbows slightly bent. The exercise is important for building shoulder strength and stability, improving posture and overall upper body aesthetics.
Based on the data and research available, we can determine which types of fats to include or avoid in our diet. A general guideline to follow is to prioritize consuming "good fats" such as those found in natural, unsaturated sources, while limiting or eliminating "bad fats" found in highly processed or fried foods. "Somewhere in between" are naturally occurring saturated fats.

It's important to get the balance right when doing the flat bench press. Sometimes adding just a few kilos to the bar can completely change your form. So, you have to keep an eye on your technique to avoid injury and get the maximum out of the working sets.

The largest difference in how I program my drug free lifters vs my athletes on drugs is my drug free lifters get less accessory volume. Drugs let you train harder, for longer and recover from it.
