Sashini's journey began in the rural village of Rathmulukanda, 50 km from Kurunegala. She enrolled in the Diploma in Computer Science Program offered by Sarvodaya Fusion through Rathmulukanda Nenasala, immersing herself in programming, database management, and software development. Recognizing her talent, she was offered a position as an IT instructor, teaching the Diploma in Computer Application and KIDS IT courses. Guided by Ven. Mayakadawara Dhammika Thero's vision to transform the village into an IT hub, Sashini embraced her role as an IT instructor, conducting engaging classes that instilled a love for technology and digital literacy She equipped her students with essential skills, preparing them for success in the digital age. Dhammika Thero, the village, became a thriving IT hub.
