It's a remastering of early project... A 4 bed room house proposed for a 20 perch land in Matara, Sri Lanka. The large living area extends towards the dining area through a mini pantry opens out to a court yard. This 50 ft long hall is not a tunnel at all due to those green links from both corners and also from the middle and it generates dynamic spatial arrangements inside. A guest room and the kitchen are provided in the ground floor as customary items. The family Living area, a Master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms are occupying the first floor of this house. House is totally covered by RCC roof slabs and Roof Terraces where the occupants can enjoy their party times/evenings at a scenic level. A featuring spiral staircase is proposed to reach this roof terrace level. After all, this house is of 2230 sqft floor area in total as per the special request by the client to minimize the floor area.
