🔹 We, Dilex Computer Systems, a leading IT retail store and service provider in Negombo area, are looking for a young candidate with minimum 1 year experience for the post of IT support technician.

🔸 Responsibilities :

- OS installation & configuration.
- Software and drivers installation.
- Troubleshooting software, hardware & network failures.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and pc assembling.
- Excellent knowledge of computer network( Router, access point & repeater configuration, network cabling, workgroup configuration, printer & file sharing)
- All kinds of device configurations (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Data backup.
- E mail configuration (MS Office Outlook, Mozilla thunderbird)
- Laptop service and part replacement (Display, Keyboard, HDD, RAM, etc)
- Direct communication with customers.

🔸 Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar working environment.
- Basic english knowledge. (Verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, teamwork, multitasking, customer handling.
- Always be update about latest IT related updates.
- Should be below 28 years of age.
- Driving license will be an added advantage.

🔹 Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
🔹 Working schedule - Monday - Saturday, 9.00 a.m - 7.00 p.m
