My lower back was always out of shape, it was not an easy task to lose that area. However, I just kept on working out and checking out my front body area and didn't even realize I lost my lower back fat. After 3 months I took a pic of my back, and I was so happy that it shaped up so good😍

12 weeks in !!

The Journey has not been easy, had few cheat meals through the 12 weeks, but overall had been clean on my diet.

Still no where close to my goal, but surely will get there slowly.

It's not always easy to get the thing's you love, but through hard work and dedication, you will be able to get it one day.💪💪

My first client💪

He started doing my home workout program from May 24th at 94.1kgs and in just 42days half way through my program lost 6.6kgs and currently at 87.5kgs, still long way to go, but small changes is better than no change. His clothes are getting big for him now, and that's a motivation factor to keep on going🔥💪
