2024 Gym Goals thiyenne aya wenuwen
Been hitting the gym for 2 weeks now. The mental burden of pushing myself to failure is much easier to tackle in the gym by training with other motivated people around you. At home, its just you and a wall. That can be difficult. After another 1 to 2 weeks, i should be in a good position to target making some new gains. For now, i train hard.

Father of the modern day influencer? Charles Atlas, an Italian-American bodybuilder, achieved fame by developing a bodybuilding method and exercise program. He transformed himself from a scrawny weakling into a popular bodybuilder, adopting the name "Charles Atlas" and introducing his first bodybuilding course in 1922. His fitness program, known as "Dynamic Tension," comprised twelve lessons and garnered the attention of notable figures such as Rocky Marciano and Joe Louis, among others. Throughout his life, Atlas also served as a model for several statues. In 1972, he passed away from a heart attack at the age of 80. His iconic print advertisements, featuring the story of a "97-pound weakling" evolving into a muscular hero, became legendary and enjoyed wide circulation in comic books and magazines.
In my opinion, In many ways, Charles Atlas served as a precursor to modern-day fitness influencers. His approach, from a marketing perspective aimed at the masses, shared striking similarities with the strategies employed by contemporary fitness influencers.

While researching for a new blog post on recent body builder deaths, i ran into a few articles on his passing. I don't personally follow his work, but i'm sure most of the indian bodybuilding community is mourning his passing and our condolences goes out to them as well.
