We had the pleasure of hosting the lovely couple Tjerk & Lotte from the Netherlands at Amma's Homestay,Kandy.
Their warmth and positive energy lit up our space. It's guests like them that make our hospitality journey truly rewarding.

Ms Marijke Lippens, a native of Belgium arrived in Sri Lanka in May of 2023, for a 2 month vacation.
Her first month was spent as a volunteer physical trainer at Mahawaththa school, giving her great pleasure.❤️
Her career as a teacher in physical training gave her the opportunity in this activity.
She, together with her relatives and friends raised €1000, and they made a donation of sports equipment and supplies, and shoes for school children, ,❤️❤️which was fulfilling a much needed resource to school as well as its children.
I would like to thank her 😘 and all who participated wholeheartedly,😘 for this meritorious and genuine good gesture. 💐💐
She is the first volunteer at my "Amma's home stay" which was resurrected after the COVID of 2020. Her friendly and resourceful stay with us is a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime ❤️❤️😘😘🥰🥰
And also, special thanks goes to our dearest friend Ms Sandra Winters for coordinating with Ms Marijke and making all these possible ❤️❤️😘😘🥰🥰

Yesterday with a guest to the ayurvedic shop. First a meeting with the doctor for medical advise. Then bought the medicine. The guest was very happy.

Sandra from The Netherlands stayed at Amma"s Homestay and donated games to the school in Thennekumbara. She teached the children and the teacher how to play the games.
