Responsibilities and Duties

Performs highly responsible and complex secretarial and financial duties

Exercise considerable independent judgment in making financial and office management determinations.

Maintain Public relations and performs confidential liaison duties for G&K transport

Ensure all G&K financial records are securely kept and filed accordingly

Perform Payroll, Taxes , and GOL financial services

Perform daily banking transactions(deposit, withdraws, transfer)

Perform daily financial transactions and other financial related services

Perform daily Mobile and Orange money transactions

Perform and prepares budgets for various departments for G&K

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Requires thorough knowledge of payroll, taxes and GOL financial laws and requirements

Previous administrative work pertaining to administration, communication, finance, resource development, payroll, scheduling, purchasing or personnel

Requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

Must be willing to travel including overnight stay and have a valid Passport

Must have a two(2) years or higher in financial or business management college degree

Must have 3 years or more of secretarial and financial or related experience

Able to coordinate and expedite the production of documents and financial materials

Multi-task; Continuously prioritize and reprioritize as necessary

Ability to use Microsoft office suites including word, excel, PowerPoint

Ability to use online platforms such as Google drives and QuickBooks

Must be Flexible and hardworking

Ability to work effectively and co-operate with others well
