After he was elected by residents of our district, receiving our taxpayers' high earnings, Lofa County was his best option over District 12. Deceptive political nature of Dr. Samah, our people will definitely reject him, which comes October 10th, 2023. He used what district #12 paid him as a lawmaker ,a job that he's incapable of doing, lack of experience, and misdirected administrative ethical approaches. There is no vision for the job that puts food on his table,the abandonment of our people, and misdirected our district development funds to Lofa, who took us six years backward in times of the following:

1. Infrastructure developments
2. Human capacity building
3. Human capacity management
4. The development of human resources and capital
5. Youth empowerment
6. Women's empowerment and the list goes on.
Moreover, our district couldn't even benefit from a single refurbished medical center, dilapidated governmental public school. But Samah built a modern hospital in Lofa County instead of district-12, where he receives earnings for living. Dr. Samah is only interested in visiting those industrial facilities at night, Toomey and Jimlack are the chief instrumental of such criminal acts at night. At the 54th National Legislature, so say by Hon. Gary ,Hon. Samah is commonly known as I concord or so say one, so say all. Every bills that came before him, were signed without critical examination to validate arguments as a lawmaker who represents district-12. So sad for PhD holder in Samah.

Developmentally, the road to the 55th National Legislature is sincerely clear, his accessibility nature to mankind's earned him his spot. The charismatic and humanitarian gesture to the societies is the foundation to build upon, Pa. Yogboh, your humanitarian and political humbled spirit is so unique. From 1997 to current dispensation or generations, you stand tall among all. Your styles of politics are practical. Gone are those days for the abstract nature of politics. Hon. Yogboh, you're the real and true generational thinker that this dispensation of generations needs. Your peaceful nature of political discussions and engagements is a way to go, leader . Bringing policies that are resonating well and with an agenda that speaks and implements the Yogbohlistic political theory ( Distributive or Share leadership) politics that has resonated well with residents of district-12, the electorial district of montserrado County.

14. Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
15. Be scarce sometimes.
16. Be a giver more than a receiver.
17. Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited, don't overstay your welcome.
18. Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
19. Except they owe you money, two call attempts are enough. If they value you, they will call you back.
