Money Day greetings to you my dear leader. I trust you are waiting to excel. I see you scaling new heights this week.

Allow me to pay homage to my brother and leader Coach Les Notsi for masterminding the victory of Lesotho over Zimbabwe. That was a coaching masterclass in action. I salute the leader in this great brother who is always humble and unassuming. Clearly Lesotho is not inside but on top of the World Cup Qualification Group, which includes Nigeria and South Africa.

Coach Les has beautifully re-written the script of life and l am excited with the joy all soccer lovers are showing in Lesotho.

This soccer weekend has also seen England lose to Iceland as did Portugal who lost to Croatia.

It was a punishing week for us in the lowlands of Lesotho as it snowed heavily. It was indeed a great week with a difference.

Allow me to share my thoughts with you dear leader as you face a brand new week.

1. Success is measured by the results you produce.
2. There is no mountain a determined man can not climb.
3. Preparation time is never wasted time.
4. Your desire will always determine your destiny.
5. All is far in love and war.
6. All things are possible to those that believe.
7. Faith is the starting point of success.
8. It's okay to argue over methods but you can never argue with the result.
9. Never reduce yourself to the perceptions of your opponents.
10. The ball is round and can go either way.
11. Respect every opponent they are before you on merit.
12. If you come to battle without a plan, you plan to fail.
13. Never judge the book by its cover.
14. Size does not matter, otherwise the elephant would be the king of the jungle.
15. Where ever you go, refuse to be distracted, stay focused and be where you are.
16. If they give you eight hours to cut a tree, spend 6 hours sharpening the ax.
17. Victory is where preparation collides with an opportunity.
18. Life is a vicious circle, be gracious in victory and humble in defeat.
19. Never settle for crumbs if the opportunity to get bread is there.
20. All things rise and fall with leadership.

The true mark of success is humility and simplicity. One man with passion is greater than a million souls without passion. Possibility is the motivation of all winners.

As you face the new week remember giants are made to fall. Never allow threats and intimidation to cause you a detour. You bigger than your fears and stronger than your critics.

Rise my leader rise, like the shining sun, show up in your glory. But in all your doing remember everything is temporary but the only permanent feature of life is Jesus Christ. Follow Him and many will follow you. Yesterday ended last night and today is a brand new day. Rise my leader rise History is beckoning you.

In this context, examining the contrast between South Africa, a regional leader in digital connectivity, and Lesotho, a smaller and less developed economy, provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of digital marketing in the SADC region.

South Africa, as the most industrialized economy in the region, boasts a relatively high internet pe*******on rate compared to its neighbors. With a population of over 60 million people, South Africa has witnessed a steady increase in internet users, driven by widespread smartphone adoption and improved connectivity infrastructure. According to recent data, approximately 65% of South Africa's population has access to the internet, representing a significant market for digital marketing initiatives.

I am in awe of the power of communication. In order for you to get married,there was communication. The same is true for your employment as is for your relationships. Even your family is an exercise in communication. Yet l wonder why so many people can speak but are unable to communicate.
Communication is indeed the lifeblood of existence, even prayer is communication. Most divorces are a result of poor communication rather than infidelity. A lot of staff resignations are outcomes of wrong perceptions in communication. The reason why organizations of similar size and potential make different earnings boils down to the communication acumen of their leaders. This is why smart organizations are willing to break the bank to bring on board a CEO who is an excellent communicator.
Every time when we communicate we should endeavor to connect.
Every person has one mouth and two ears implying that we need to listen more in order to be better communicators.
The skill of active listening is key to effective communication, alongside it clarification and reflection may help. The skilled communicator knows how to manage barriers to effective communication. Let me share a few barriers to effective communication:
1. The use of jargon, unfamiliar and complicated terminology.
2. ⁠Emotional barriers and taboos can be a hindrance
3. ⁠lack of attention and interest
4. ⁠differences in perception and viewpoint
5. ⁠physical barriers to non verbal communication
6. ⁠language differences and cultural dynamics
7. ⁠expectations and prejudices leading to false stereotypes
8. ⁠cultural differences and environmental dynamics

May these nuggets improve your communication acumen. Jesus Christ is the ultimate leader. Follow him and many will follow you.

It is Faith That made Mark Zuckerberg build Facebook, the Wright Brothers the plane, Sir Pemberton Coca Cola. It is Faith that makes Israel to have amazing harvest and agricultural produce in a desert.
Faith is not day dreaming, it is looking at your dream and taking bold and decisive steps towards it. Faith is never faith without action.
Today l dare the winner in you to stop procrastinating and start pursuing your big hairy audacious goal. God gave you the goal and has wired in you the capacity to action it. Stop looking down on your self. It’s never about the size of the dog, it is about the fight in the dog that matters.
Don’t wait for a perfect day to start, it will never come. Start taking the baby steps today as you release your Faith through your actions. Never forget that it is a force and a currency which is even recognized in the spirit realm.
Never forget that Christ remains the Ultimate leader. But guess what the reason he became the greatest of all time is that he acted on his faith to liberate humanity from the tentacles of the Devil.
Work it until it works. Faith will propel you to the top as you act on it. May the winner in you rise to conquer. Next Level is a reality.
