Biling Cycle (Extended)

- Load Data Entry: by office users or by dispatchers. Loads can be entered by dispatchers or office users. You can enter a load for a specific driver/truck, and if plans change or an order is canceled, you (as an office user or dispatcher) can delete it.
- Loads management. All loads can be viewed in the “Loads/Loads” section. From here, you can filter loads that need to be invoiced by selecting the field “Status” to “DELIVERED WAITING FOR BOL”.
- Creating load invoices. If you have verified all load information, including the receipt of a POD file, and the load is ready for invoicing, you can proceed with the invoice.
- Aging invoices. When you have invoiced certain loads and they are ready to be included in the report, you should open the “Aging Invoices” section to proceed.
- Factoring reports. Here you will have the ability to complete included loads processing, and download needed files. If turned on, load emails will be sent automatically.
- Import to Quickbooks. If necessary, you can download an IIF file for Quickbooks import. Additional billing steps may be required based on your individual workflow.
