Stasys is one of the first employees. He began his professional journey immediately after graduating from university, rose through the ranks, and contributed to the realization of numerous projects and ideas. We greatly value his dedication and contributions not only to the growth of the factory but also in shaping sustainability ideas.

Did you know the first, one of the most famous brands to use acetate in their collections?

That’s “Gucci”, who used acetate in their AW11 collection.

“Gucci” is one of the most iconic and recognisable fashion brands worldwide, known for its high-quality products and classic, distinctive styles. “Gucci” sustainability is a key factor within the brands current business practice. They have taken several steps to reduce its environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within the fashion industry.

Acetate is the second oldest artificial fabric.

Cellulose acetate was first prepared in 1865 by Paul Schützenberger and the manufacturing process developed by Cross and Bevan in 1894. An acetone-soluble polymer was developed by Miles in 1904, employed for ‘safety film’ in 1909, and extensively used for aircraft dope during the First World War.

Acetate was invented in Europe in the 19th century and later, in the 20th century, it was introduced as a fabric in the USA.

Siekdama tvarios plėtros tikslų, šiame projekte įmonė planuoja atlikti gamybos technologinį auditą, ekologinio projektavimo ir AVS sertifikavimo veiklas.

Projekto veiklos tiesiogiai prisideda prie darnaus vystymosi ir inovatyvumo (kūrybingumo) horizontaliojo principo: siekiama skatinti AVS tarptautinio standarto diegimą, ekologinio projektavimo, veiklas pramonės MVĮ.

Projektas yra inovatyvus ir tiesiogiai atitinka MTEP sumanios specializacijos prioriteto „Nauji gamybos procesai, medžiagos ir technologijos“ tematiką „Lanksčios produktų kūrimo, gamybos ir procesų valdymo, dizaino technologijos“ - skatina pokyčius įmonėse, kurie turi būti įgyvendinami remiantis Europos žaliojo kurso principais bei siekiant klimatui ir aplinkai neutralios ekonomikos, vertinamas projekto veiklos naujumas įmonės lygiu.

Finansuojama pagal 2022–2030 metų plėtros programos valdytojos Lietuvos Respublikos ekonomikos ir inovacijų ministerijos ekonomikos transformacijos ir konkurencingumo plėtros programos pažangos priemonės „Skatinti įmones pereiti link neutralios klimatui ekonomikos“ veiklą ‚Sudaryti sąlygas tvariai pramonės labai mažų, mažų ir vidutinių įmonių transformacijai“.

Bendra projekto vertė – 32 130,00 Eur.

Iš Europos regioninės plėtros fondo projektui skirtas finansavimas – 15.000,00 Eur.

Pareiškėjo ir partnerių nuosavos lėšos – 17 130,00 Eur.

Projektas įgyvendinamas nuo 2024 m. kovo 04 d. iki 2026 m. kovo 31 d.
