✅ On 22 February 2023 the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva Mr. Jamshed Khamidov attended the Roundtable "Enhancing connectivity and accelerating the transition to climate resilient, low-carbon transport systems in land-locked developing countries" at the margins of the 85th session of the UNECE Inland Transport Committee in Geneva.
During his statement, Mr. Khamidov emphasized the importance of the intergovernmental cooperation on inland transport, and outlined the national priorities within Tajikistan's strategic goal to overcome the communication deadlock and turn into a transit country.
